More Christmas cards...

Are you ready for the next installment of Christmas Card ideas?? Well, too bad...because it is coming whether you are ready or not....hmmm, kind of like Christmas!
The first one is a card that was designed by a member of our team. I made it, but it was her idea. I love the glitter on the snow to make it pop a little more. Super cute!

The second one is the card that I made this year. I am really busy right now and I needed a card that didn't take a ton of time. This was the ticket! They are really quick and easy to put together and I did 3 variations of it....same layout and colors, just different patterns and paper. I will show you the other ones another time.

Christmas cards don't have to be difficult. And the cheesy ones you buy in bulk from the store are just that...cheesy. I like a little more fun and flare. :) As always, if you want me to make your cards...I will. Just call me, but soon!

Christmas is here!

Holy Cow! Where did the year go right?? Christmas time is now upon us and that means that it is time to do the card exchanging.

What? You haven't done your Christmas cards this year yet??? Its okay, neither have I. I sat down today to figure them out though. I am going to post a few over the next few days so that you can get some inspiration for yourself.

The first card was one that I made for my mom to give to all the grandchildren for Christmas. She wanted plain and simple since the kids will just rip into them anyway.

The second is a card that my upline, Maxine, made last year and sent out. Warning....she admits this card took lots of time and a group effort by her coworkers. But, don't you just love the way it came out??

As always, if you feel like you can't do them and just want to sign them....let me know. I can make them for you and you can sign them and mail them. That way, people get a handmade card, but you don't have to put forth the time to do it. Call me for details.

Birthday Cards and Christmas wishes

I had a few birthdays this week. My cute upline, Laura Widdison, had her big 30 this past week (eeks! that means I will be 30 in a few months!). Her husband did the cutest thing for her. He hacked her email and got all her customers and friends to send a card on the same day. She ended up getting over 100 cards in her mailbox on her birthday. It was sooo sweet of Dirk. Extra points go to him for thinking of the idea and then implementing it perfectly. This is the card that I sent to her.
My brother has a birthday tomorrow and I created this card just for him.

I found out the my NEW brother in law has a birthday next week, so I better get cracking on a card for him too. I will post what I come up with when I come up with it! lol

I completed my own christmas cards and the cards that my brother ordered from me. I have to say, I LOVE the ones that I came up with for him. The Embossed snowflakes with glitter on top was just the right thing for a happy holiday. For mine...I did a great spinner card. The ornament attached spins along the opening with the Merry Christmas in it. It is fun and I think it will be something that my family hasn't seen before.
There is still time to order Christmas cards for yourself. I can put a kit together for you to assemble them yourself, or I can do it for you. You friends and family would be delighted to open a handmade card from you!

Oooh! New Digital Downloads for Christmas...

Okay, so I thought of something this morning that will save everyone a TON of money this year. Why not create a digital Christmas card and email it out instead of printing and mailing. Not only does this avoid postage costs, but printing costs, supplies costs, and the hassle of having to assemble a million cards! Do it once, do it right, and email it off. So simple to add a photo from you digital camera(that you never print the pictures off of!).

So here are the new Christmas downloads available...get your juices flowing. If you want me to do your digital design let me know and we will work something out. Super affordable I tell you!!!

All you have to do for a download is go to my website and place your order and it is available immediately....no shipping costs! Plus you can use the downloads in lots of programs, including Stampin' Up! My Digital Studio, but also things like Paint.net, Photoshop, Elements, and even MS Word!

Happy downloading!

Give me a call or email and I will work something out for you.

Happy Stamping!

PS. Pricing of cards will vary depending on how much bling you want you cards to have. I have to cover the cost of supplies.

Join a class!

I put up some flyers around town to advertise my Wednesday night classes. I am hoping that it will generate some more business for me....duh. I just want everyone to enjoy what I love so much that how could I not want to share it?

This gives you one night out a month, a week, or every 2 weeks...you decide...to do something that you enjoy and be able to share some joy with others when you give your projects away (at least I give mine away, you can keeps yours if you want :) ).

I also do custom invitations for weddings, baby showers, birthday parties and more. Custom Christmas Cards are in right now....I would be glad to do them for you and all you have to do is sign them, or you can come to my Christmas Card Class and learn to make them yourself. Either way...your friends will be jealous at how cute they are! Since we are getting to the season, I also do custom christmas tags and gift tags. I like the presents under my tree in uniform colors and this makes it possible to add tags to the gifts to match too. Plus you always need tags for those neighbor gifts. I have some great ideas for those!

Call me or send me an email to let me know what class you want to come to. Can't wait for you to join in the fun!
