I think this hostess set from the Occasions Mini is super cute. It might seem like a bunch of random stamps, but they are beautiful! It really is a slice of everything you might need to send a card for.
I used the beautiful flower and vase stamp to make this card. I didn't stamp a sentiment on it since it could be used for a variety of things and I don't have anything in particular right this second I needed it for. I just really liked it. I might also mention that I LOVE the seam binding that we carry. I waited so long to get it since I didn't know quite what it was....I would buy that over ANY other ribbon in the collection right now. I am really hoping that it makes the new catalog in July because I got a peek at the new Summer Mini and it is NOT in there! Fingers crossed that it is in the main catalog for the new year. I can't live without that stuff now! It is so easy to work with and doesn't create a lot of bulk when mailing...gotta save that extra $0.20 somewhere right? It comes in a variety of colors and I am in heaven. :) You can get hostess set featured here by placing an order of $150 or hosting a workshop that is over $150...plus you get other benefits on top of the cute stamp set.
It is DSP class sign up time! Class will be Wednesday, October 6th at 7:30pm. Cost is $15 and that makes 5 cards and you get to take home a pack of the Elegant Soiree Designer Series Paper! 5 ideas you don't have to come up with...and the paper to make them...doesn't get better than that!
I will provide all the ink, punches, adhesive, ribbon, and random stuff. You just have to prepay your registration fee by Saturday October 2nd. That is this Saturday people! Get with it!!! Come to class and make the 5 cards and then take the stack of unused DSP home with you. There is so much leftover to make more cards or scrap book with. I love it! There are both girlie and masculine prints in this set, which ius perfect and goes with everything you can think of.
Again, I am only posting 4 of the 5 samples. You have to come to class to see the 5th one. We will be using the Elegant Lines Embossing Folder and the Always Elegant stamp set that goes perfectly with the paper....plus a few more of course.
Send me an e-mail, call me, or text me if you have questions or would like to get a spot in the class. Thanks you guys!
As always, if you would like to participate with a kit by mail...we can do that too. You just have to make sure that you let me know by Saturday the 2nd so I can get your order together for you. And, for those of you who want to come but can't I always do a kit to go. I can make the cards and bring them and the paper to you, or you can arrange a different time to stop by and do it when you can.
I want to give you some more info on one of the classes that I offer. It is my Designer Series Paper Class (DSP Class). The cards in this post are just a small sampling of the cards that we make in that class using the best paper around! The samples are made of GreenHouse Gala paper and it happens to be one of my favorite.

You must call, email, or get ahold of me somehow to claim your spot in class. I have to have payment for the class by September 30th. That way I can have you paper waiting from you when you get here the following wednesday.
